Chronic Pain In Back, Neck, Head After Accident. Undergoing Massage, Physiotherapy. Will Lyric Help In Relaxing Muscles?
I was in a motor vehicle accident March 10, 2012 which has left me with ongoing back, neck and up to my head pain, and although I have been receiving chiro, massage treatment and now physiotherapy since that time, as it is felt that my pain has become chronic, my doctor sent me to a specialist who has prescribed Lyric 75 mg to start in an attempt to relax my muscles and nerve ends. I have tonight taken my first capsule, although am slightly concerned as there are varying warnings on the litature which came with my medication. Do you believe that these capsules may be of some help in relaxing my body? Thank you.
Hi, you had an accident in march 2013, still you are feeling the pain. The pain may be due to the anxiety of the accident or the tissue damage. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI for diagnosis. I to my patient with such pain prescribe neurotrophic injections for 10 consecutive days along with the other medication. Thank you.
