Cold Menthol Feeling In Left Side Of The Chest Constantly.

Hi, I am having this cold menthol feeling in the left side of my chest constantly this morning, I had pain in the same area last night for a some hours when sleeping. I have been told frm before i m sufferening from acid reflux for 2 weeks + because (lump in the throat comes after meals and stays there for hours, heartburn was initially there but rarely comes now its chest pain at times, tight feeling and gurgling in stomach, constant shortness of breath throughout the day for over a week and my nostrils get blocked randomly through the day, releasing mucus as well. Pls help this chest feeling is not going away i feel like someone put a menthol in there on the left. And shortness of breath (specially when i breath through the mouth) continues throughout the day not leaving me for a second. I am on my fourth day with pantprazole but shortness of breath all day and lump in throat is persistently there after meals.
