Concussion During Football Play And Started Exercise. While Jogging Head Pain And Blood Through Nose. Is This Related To Concussion?
My 15 year old son got a concussion 1 week ago during football . He is now starting his exercise according to dr orders for the steps of recovery that concussions involve . He had to do light jogging today and when he did his head started hurting and his nose started pouring blood . Is this connected with his concussion ? He was blacked out for a few moments at the time of the injury . He seemed to be doing a lot better until today .

Yes it can be connected to concussion.
You have to maintain hydration and proper diet .
epistaxis -nasal bleeding if again happens you need to consult ENT surgeon.
Continue medication given by doctor,take some more rest.
