Constant Knee Pain, No Relief With Various Treatments, Scan Results Normal. Right Remedy?
Hello Sir, I am Anil from India, I have a constant pain in right knee since 8 years, I went through many M.S.(Ortho) treatement, Physiotherapy , tablets etc. in this period but there is not any relief and every doctor told their is not any fault in my knee after sonography or scanning made, Please suggest me how can I Know the right Remedy on it.

The pain in knee has a number of reasons in which X-ray and scans came back normal. These are:
1. Overweight: Extra weight on knee cause this problem. reduce your weight if you are.
2. Low calcium level
3. High Uric acid
4. Flat feet: it gives more pressure on knee resulting in pain. Proper exercise and shoes can help.
5. Neurological pain: occur if you have any neurological disorder or if you are diabetic.
Consult your physician and go through the investigations. Hope you may get help.

hello sir,you need to be precise on where you have pain or discomfort anterior ,posterior,medial side(location of pain),frequency ,intensity of pain out of 1 to 10 score ,in which position or posture or activity increase ur pain and what help in reducing pain . go through bio mechanical assessment (like alignment of limb,foot ,muscle length ,muscle strength)your ergonomic assessment .
