Constipation, Headaches, Tiredness, Fatigue, Delayed Period, Anechoic Cyst In Ovary. Negative PT. Suggest

I am Manu 26/F married i am thyroid patient from last seven months but it was under control as soon as its detected. As i have 6 months married life and i usually got my period delay 3 days maximum from last 5 months but this time it is 8 days delayed yesterday i consulted with my doctor for pregnancy test but it was negative and my doctor also conducted ultrasound for identifying any other issue related to delay in periods and it was found that i have anechoic cyst in my right ovary below 5mm. So can you please tell me as my pregnancy test is negative still is there any possibility of the same as from last few days i felt consticicpation, headache, tiredness, fatigue, back pain & whole body pain.
please suggest.

Hello, Thanks for posting your query on health care magic. Your symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy but these are not definitive signs. Since ultrasound was done, and there is no gestational sac seen means less likely you are pregnant. Follicular cyst in the ovary is one of the cause of delayed periods. It will normalize on its own .
