Constipation, Under Stress. Stool Examination Done. Medical Cure For This?
hello, i lead a stressful life that rendered me mostly on side of constipation. but i have trying to change my eating habits for sometime. recenly (2 weeks ago) my stools are soft and more bulky... my habit is daily instead of every 1-2 weeks. stool examination shows 2-3 pus cells, 3-4 rbcs, some yeast, undigested muscle, neutral fat any idea what to do next?
I read your question carefully and understood your concerns very well. If your problem is emergent you should use laxative like: Bisacodil 5-20 mg a day. Change your diet by increasing the amount of fiber in 30g a day. Eliminate milk, coffee, feta cheese, red meat and white bread from your diet. Use a lot of vegetables and fruits. Use a lot of water. Do physical exercises and walk.
You also need a colonoscopy to diagnose: 1. Hemorrhoid that are external and internal 2. Anal fissure. 3. Ulceration of colon. 4. Colon polyps. 5. Expansion of colon(diverticula). 6. Colon tumor.
Take Care.
