Dear,if you will not eat you will fall ill.Because if you are doing exercise and not eating anything then you will end up falling ill.
You are supposed to make a diet chart providing you proper calories with less carbohydrates and fats.Avoiding food for longer times and then eating will cause you gain weight inspite of loosing it.
Always take heavy breakfast because this is going to decide your
basal metabolic rate for the whole day.Do not skip breakfast.you can avoid dinners and replacing it with milk and fruits.
Try to eat small portions at frequent intervals.Drink a glass of warm water after each meal.
If you are supposed to attend a party then eat less and try to eat more salads and juices.And finish drinking a glass of warm water.It will help you reduce your weight.
Eat Balanced diet and exercise regularly.You will reduce your weight.
