Could A Damaged Tendon Cause Pain In Little Finger, After Throwing A Ball? Have History Of Tendonitis

Hi, I already had tendonitis on my right wrist and I still decided to play kickball and when I tried throwing the ball, a sharp pain went up my pinky and it has been hurting ever since then. Could I have torn my tendon even more? or why is my pinky hurting now?

HI
Than for asking to HCM
The throwing of ball does not cause any tear of tendons, or anything to it, at the most this could do muscular problem or bony structure disturbances, if it hurting you a lot then I would advise you to stop playing the game and apply wrist belt for couple of week this will be fine take care have nice day.
