Could A Torn Meniscus Recur After A Repeat Injury?
Hello, im a 26 yr old female in great shape who worksout religiously. When i was 15 yrs old i had arthroscopic knee surgery on my left for a torn meniscus. I have not had any issues since having the surgery, no pain, no stiffness, nothing has stopped me from doing what i want... Well tonight while watching the saints game, i stomped my foot real hard on the floor and a pain shot up my knee..Now an hour later the region underneath and to the left of my knee cap is swollen and im in pain. Im just wondering if i could have re injured myself??
