Could Constant Pain Below The Knee On Both Legs While Being Overweight Be Shin Splints?

Hi, I have constant pain just below the knee on both legs. I am over weight but I do not do any heavy workout or exercise. I do stretches because I am on my feet a lot at work. I thought they might be shin splints but everything I read on that says you get that from exercising a lot.

I would recommend you to get knee x ray and see if there is any bony abnormality. I would also suggest you to apply Diclofenac ointment over knee. I would also suggest you to do static quadriceps exercises. Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg.
