Could Drowsiness Be Side Effects Of Prognova And Gestofit Tablets?

Hi I am a 31 year old married lady we have been marriied since 4 yrs, we are trying to conceive through IUI and the doctor has prescribed Gestofit 400 SR 3 times a day along with progynova as my endometrium was thin But i feel very drowsy these days could it be because of the tablets effect? Should i stop the dosage?

Hi

Dizziness or fatigue can occur with Hormonal pills.Watch the pattern for the next few days and if the dizziness continues,it could be because of the drug.The body requires some time to adjust to the medications. Side effects may reduce in the subsequent days and cycles and hence continue the drug for few more days. Incase of severe allergy to the drug such as rashes or swelling of face or lips or difficulty in swallowing ,the drug should be stopped.
