Could Emesis, Stomach Pain And Diarrhea Indicate Sign Of Cancer?

Hello, please help. 1 month ago I was poisoning the stomach of some food. I had emesis, stomach pain, diarrhea. I was so scared that I started to think that I have a serious disease that is cancer. I read the symptoms and are normally found everywhere. It passed poslem 10 days, but because I was too scared, I still feel bad at times. I went to my doctor and found nothing. They told me that since I m afraid I became a hypochondriac. Please, every day I feel bad and I can live the day. I m afraid. Help me!

Don't dirctly jump to cancer.Stomach pain and diahorrea is not only sign ofcancer.Gastrointestinal infection may cause stomach pain ,diahorrea etc......

Don't think too much about cancer.
Do stool examination test for diagnosis.
Colonoscopy can done for further diagnosis.

Gastritis may cause stomach bloting and pain problem. don't afraid ....contact your doctors for diagnosis.
