What Causes Stomach Flu With Rashes?

54 y/o female-stomach flu with active sx x24 hrs. Forceful emesis, watery non-bloody diarrhea. Painful muscle aches and some cramping. Sx of nausea, stomach pain, headache 2 days after last active vomiting/diarrhea. Now a red, itchy rash has appeared. Any idea what virus (?) is cause, and of communicability? Thanks.

Dear may be due to campylobactor jejuni, shigella, salmonella and e coli, Cause pain, loose stools and Hus. Hus lead to thrombocytopenia.

Viral infection like rota virus or narvovirus cause diarrhoea.

Get hydrated, take probiotics and take rest will give relief.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
