Could Fever And Rashes On Stomach And Back Of A 10 Month Old Be Due To Viral Infection?

Hello! My 10mo old has had a fever for about 3 days (using tylonal) in addition to "sick" smelling breath. We just discovered a rash on her stomach and back. She is eating ok and is having typical wet diapers. Is the rash probably a viral thing, or should we taker her to walk in care asap?
