Could Halitosis And Foul Smelling Loose Stools Be Due To Helicobacter?

Hi
My 10yr old son, with a history of mild lactose intolerance, has intermittent bad halitosis and accompanying foul-smelling, loose stools. No other symptoms.
The dentist concluded that his mouth and teeth were not the problem.

Could he have helicobacter?
Many thanks

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic..

According to your complain you have problem of loose stool that may be because of intestinal infection. Stool sample test give exact idea about infection.

Halitosis problem mostly intraoral cause. Improper hygiene in oralcavity cause halitosis.Oropharygeal problem may cause halitosis. Dentist say there is no oralcavity problem than no issue.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Complete blood cell count and stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance helpful to you..
Take care.
Thank you.
