Could Low Libido Be A Symptom Of Ureaplasma?

I was diagnosed with ureaplasma a few weeks ago. I've had a very low labido for a few years and as I neared the end of my dioxicycline medication my normal sex drive has returned. Could low labido be a symptom of ureaplasma or is this just coincidence?

Hello,
Ureaplasma can cause following infection but may not cause loss of libido.

1. Urethritis
2. Pyelonephritis
3. Cystitis
4. Pelvic inflammatory disease
5. Urinary calculi
6. Endometritis or chorioamnionitis
7. Infectious arthritis
8. Surgical and nonsurgical wound infections
9. Preterm labor
10. Bacteremia
11. Pneumonia
12. Meningitis

Thus it is just a coincidence.

Hope this helps.
