Could Masturbation Lead To A Slim Body?

I'm 23 year old ..My weight is only 45 also i looking very slim...Masturbation is the reason for my slim body ...?!?
I eat well but my weight not gaining doctor.... I thought the reason for my body weight is masturbation ... is my thought is right or not ? pls clarify me doctor..

First of all, shed off all myths and misconceptions from your mind about masturbation. In fact, masturbation is completely normal and doesn't have any bad effect on the body and mind unless you are addicted to it.

As you are having difficulty in gaining weight, it is better to rule out causes of underweight. Investigations like complete blood count, lipid profile, estimation of blood sugar level, serum electrolytes, thyroid profile, will be helpful to rule out any chronic infection, hormonal and metabolic causes.

Make sure that you are taking a healthy and balanced diet, exercise regularly and avoid stress. Protein rich diet like soya, groundnut, pulses, etcetera should be incorporated in your diet plan.

Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, milk, eggs, wheat, etcetera. Avoid oily and junk food. Stay away from smoking and alcohol. These measures will be helpful in improving your weight.
