Could Muscle Aches,fatigue And Loss Of Focus Be Signs Of HIV Infection?

Hello, I am concerned. About 3 months ago I received oral sex from someone who was not my wife. I have been experiencing anxiety and depression ever since worrying over what I may have contracted as a result. My initial tests have all been negative, and at about 9-10 weeks out I had additional blood tests that all came back neg. I have unexplained muscle aches in my forearms, buttock muscles, and occasional leg muscle aches, in addition to fatigue and loss of focus, and jaw pain that have been ongoing for 2 months now. Now my wife is complaining of pain in her buttock muscles (which she thinks is from excessive driving to and from work), but I am going out of my mind with worry.
I am very concerned that I may have HIV, but my doctor tells me these aren't symptoms of HIV. Is it possible that you can have Lyme disease without the rash? I was in an area which could have exposed me to this around the time these symptoms began.
