Could Shortened Period Be Due To UTI, Yeast Infection Or Pregnancy?

I just had a shorten period now have what I think to be a yeast infection. I am not sure because this is the first one I have had, I have had a UTI before but this feels different. I have been extra hunger. I took a at home pregnancy test but it was neg. Could I be pregnant?
