Could Singulair Cause Extremely Moody And Suicidal Thoughts?
My daughter has severe OCD and Anxiety. She is taking fluvoxamine (200mg), 2mg abilify and guafacine (for tickes). She has also been taking singulair and has been extremely moody and suicidal. We heard from her school psychologist that singulair side effects can impact her mood and cause suicidal thoughts. I took her off 2 days ago and she says she feels better. Is this the right decision? our dr said she hadn t heard of these side effects but we have heard from 2 different people and its all over the internet thank you

Yes..Singulair hav some rare bot serious side effects lik emental/mood changes (such as agitation, aggression, anxiety, trouble sleeping, abnormal dreams, sleep-walking, memory/attention problems, depression, hallucinations, thoughts of harming yourself/suicide),
But, don't Strart/Stop any medication without consulting your physician.
