Could Small Sore On Right Nipple Be Related To Paget's Disease?

I had a small quarter size sore on my right nipple.it looked like a rash. My dermatologist said it looked like eczema. I was prescribed a cream that was 300.00 dollars ,the Dr game me samples which has gotten me by until my appointment tomorrow. The only change is the cream took away the scales but it is now a dark patch. Does this sound like Paget disease.

Hi,
Usually paget disease begins with eczema-like rash, then the symptoms get worsen. The skin of the nipple and areola may be red, itchy and inflamed.
But in your case it turned into dark patch, which indicates the rash has healed.
Unless you find any discharge, lump, other nipple changes you need not be worried.
It is better to get examined by a surgeon to rule out the possibilities which I personally consider to be very less.

Hope this answers your query.
wishing you good health
