General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Susten is used during first semester of pregnancy but not in second and third semesters. Apert syndrome is a very rare genetic disorder and has no evidence that Susten can cause it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
