Could The Itchy Red Rash At The Elbows Down To The Calf Muscles Are The Side Effects Of The Cortisone Injections?
I had cortisone injections in my SI joints one month ago, and three weeks ago (the did the right first, then the right a week later). About 10 days ago, I developed a horrible itchy red rash at my elbows, on my hamstring, and down my calf muscles. Could this be a reaction to the cortisone?

I appreciate your concern, this is not because of the cortisone injection that you have taken, but this could be due to hypersensitivity reaction, wait for few days this would go away on its own, if it does not then you have to go for clinical examination with the doctor, hope this information helps you have nice day.
