Could The Red Mark On The Nose Be Due To Impetigo?

hi im concerned my daughter might have impetigo, she woke up yesterday morning with a red mark on her nose which started off looking like a minor graze, by time evening came it has got alot bigger and redder, it has also been bleeding although i havent noticed her touching it and it doesnt seem to be bothering her in the slightest, should i get this looked at by our doctor?
