What Is The Treatment For Blisters Under The Nose?

Hi I have recently had a cold and fever which has caused underneath my nose to be dry and I have had impetigo a few times before underneath my nose and now it has been dry a few blisters have appeared again. I have fucidin cream but I was wondering is there anything else I can put on it to heal it faster? Please help.

Just put Fucidin cream. It could be either impetigo or cold sores.
