Could The Swelling And Bruising Indicate A Bone Bruise?

I had gotten into a physical altercation with my BF about 12 weeks ago and I hit my cheekbone pretty hard. The swelling and the bruising are gone but it still feels like it's bruised underneath the skin. Also it looks a little puff still LikeI'm really tired. Is this normal? Is this a bone bruise? I never got it checked out. Is it serious?

This is not a serious issue. It is bone bruise and it will take sometime to go. Wash your face with gentle warm water. Tablet Brufen can be taken for few days.
