Could There Be A Connection Between Frequent Nose Bleeds And Tooth Issue?

My 9 year old has very crowded teeth. X-ray shows that she has root resorption on one of her bottom teeth on the right. The pediatric dentist does not feel there is any infection, so there is no need to pull the tooth (a baby tooth). She has recently developed frequent nose bleeds on the same side as the tooth issue. Could there be a connection?

Hello!

Resorption of baby teeth is common phenomenon. This helps in the teeth falling off. This has no relation to epistaxis.
