Could This Be Serious For A Child Having High Fever And Pain On The Right Side Of The Abdomen Area And Was Attacked With High Shivering And Cold After Taking Medications?
My four and half year daughter have a very high fever on and off. and saying a pain in right side area of abdominal. Came to know while playing with mates she fell off a chair and hit there. however we consulted our doctor and he gave antibiotic and pain and fever medicine. recoverd in three days but after two days again same sypmtoms wiht high shivering and feeling cold. get a urine test and it has , blood trace, prtiene and numerous puss cell. Need opinion and is it a serious ? going to my doctor tomorrow after having ultrasound and again urine test after a course of antibiotic. any recommendation. regards

I don't think any connection with the fall and I feel it is just a coincidence. Get her investigated as advised by your doctor and comply with his advice because once it becomes chronic it is very difficult treat. I don t think any connection with the fall and I feel it is just a coincidence.
