Hello,

Low blood pressure or higher blood sugar may also cause vertigo. If course sinusitis may lead to vertigo due to build up of pressure in middle ear.

Use tablet vertin 16 mg for five days. please control'your blood sugar. Use water vapour inhalation for five days. You may use Azithromycin 500 mg. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
