Cramp In My Calf And Its Very Painful

i am 45 yrs old and i have multiple problems,two years back i had left sided weakness of eye, i had double vision, with treatment for couple of months it got cured. after that my left cheek was affected they called bells palsy, now it is very bad i had sciatica on my left leg. it also now not there. but the left calf is paining, its catchy and more so in the night, than in the day it will be paining a lot.some body tell me what is the problem in my left body. what should i do now.

this is the pain of weak muscle. you get the muscle strength done, massage the leg and also apply oil to it, warm oil, it will be very soothing and relieves your pain in the leg

It could be due to dehydration, take lot of water with some salt and sugar in it this will help to relieve from the calf pain.

Leave the problem just take a glass of milk with one teaspoonful of olive oil before going to bed

from you history it appears to be some neurological problem.
so consult a neurologist for detailed evaluation.
without examonation its difficult to give the cause of it.
for temporary relief you can give some massage to the part. so that blood circulation will be there and strength of the part will be maintained.maintain poper nutrition.
