Dark Circle Near Anus, On Outer Cheek, Feeling Of Vein Like Structure Inside The Skin. History Of Squamous Sarcoma. Worrisome?
I have a dark, almost black circle near my anus but outside on the butt cheek. Inside my skin I can feel a vein like structure almost traveling to my intestines. Anything you might be able to give me insight on before I hit the doctor? I have had squamous sarcoma over the past year and a half, and I m praying this isn t another tumor .

No, it is not carcinoma.
The vein like structure you feel is dilated and tortuous vein .. It may be hamorrhoides. Also called piles.
If you have constipation, it may be treated by isapgul..
You may take calcium dobsilate.
Dark color patch around anus might be nonspecific hypermelanosis or postinflammatory hypermelanosis after fungal infection.
You consult dermatologist or surgeon.
