Having Pain From Knee To Back Of Thigh To Buttock. X Ray Done. No Fracture Seen. What Treatment Should Be Done?

Hi, I am 28 years man. I have pain in my right leg. It starts from back of knee and goes through back of thigh to buttock. I feel it while sleeping or when I sit on floor. my x-ray report shows mild soft tissue swelling seen. No fracture or bony abnormility seen. Kindly tell me treatment thanks and regards, Zahid Haroon

These symptoms are suggesting that you may be having a disc prolapse. I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine to see if there is a disc protrusion and if yes then how much . According to that you can plan . If it is in early stage then treatment will be physiotherapy and muscle relaxant and Pregabalin and Methylcobal.Till that time, avoid bending forward and weight lifting.
