Decreasing Stamina, Oversize Belly, Chest, Arms And Shoulders Not Broad. Diet?
Hi, I am Shiva. I am from India and work at PayPal India. I have issues regarding my fitness, as I feel that my stamina is decreasing. Currently my height is 170 cm and weight is 68 kgs. But I feel that my belly is oversized while my arms, shoulder and chest need to broaden a bit. Also, since I am a Software Engineer, I spend whole day in front of my computer with no physical work. So I am worried about it a little as well. Can you please suggest me with diet and exercise practices that I should follow.
Looking into your problem i would like to say that you are having apple shaped obesity in which hands and legs are thin and belly is protruding which is most common now a days due to irregular work schedules , diet regimens and lack of exercise. Since you are a sedentary worker you need lifestyle modifications to keep a check on this. Daily aerobic exercise for 30 minute 5 times a day . Incorporate fresh fruits and salads in you diet . Avoid carbonated drinks and excessive sugary diet. Avoid excessive alcohol and smoking. join a yoga club for overall fitness.
