Dehydrated Hair, Losing Weight, Recently Had Spine Surgery. Any Guidance?
I met up with best Freind who is a Nurse in Alaska she is so deydrated hair never like this, No sparkle in eyes loosing weight an not trying to, Have been freinds for 30 years, she is very puzzled ,However will not Dr. for in the Health care ??Has recenty had Spine Surgery Do Not know how to approach, I have been in Alternatives for 20 yrs, or Prevention I need some guidence I am 70, she59. Please !
