Delay In Periods, Having Hypothyroidism, Throat Infection, Irritation In Ovary. Taken Norflox For Urinary Infection. Sugegstions?

Hi, I had my last period on 24th June, n suddenly this time its delayed . I am scared its not because of preganancy .
i haven't yet taken the preganacy test so far. I am a patient of Hypo thyorism otherwise and recently suddenly saw a decrease of weight of abt 2-3 kga and also had stopped taking my throid medicine for some time as well. Had severe throat infection then, some glands increased types then took AUgemntum 625.
Also note that i have been facing some irritation in the ovary for quite soemtime and therefore took Norflox for urinne infection can all of this be reason for delay in periods.

Being hypothyroid you should check levels of TSH and take medicine accordingly.if you stop your thyroid medicine without checking on TSH levels it could have adverse effects.you have used 2 types of antibiotics and had throat infection ,these can lead to some adverse effects on pregnancy if u have already conceived. do one urine pregnancy test.I did n't understand what u meant by ovary irritation ,is it pain abdomen or what?

hello,
thank you for using healthcare magic,
well irregular period is common with thyroid problem. your period can be delayed because of hypothyroid, consult your physician and get done your present level of thyroid as you also have lost weight..
if you had unprotected intercourse without using any birth control method then take home pregnancy test but do not trust its result blindly. you can go for more reliable test like beta hcg level in blood or ultrasound..
since you having irritation in ovary there can be some problem with it which is causing irregular period.. consult near by gynecologist to help you to find reason..
