Delayed Periods, Cramps, Frequent Urination, Nausea, Fatigue. Sexually Active. HPT Negative. History Of Being Off Dianette Followed With Bleeding. Guide

I stopped taking dianette in June and had a bleed on the 22nd of June, I was only taking for 2months for skin condition.
I am regular as clock work, every 28 days beforeband duringbtakingbdianette.
I predicted my period to start on the 19th July, though the last week I have been experiencingbperiodvtype cramps though no period, frequent urination, feelingvfaintband occasionally a nauseaous feel sweeps over me. I am exhausted over the last week. I am very active sexually with my partner, though I took a pregnancy test 2 days and 1 day before my period was due and they came back negative. Help!

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
It is essential to at least a week or ten days after missed period to confirm pregnancy by HPT.
HPT is based on hormone called hCG.
HPT detect the amount of hCG in urine.
If hCG level is high i, it give positive results.
Please be patience for a week or more and repeat HPT.
Then consult your Gynaecologist.
