Detected Genital Herpes For Symptoms Of Bumps On Penis. Peeling Skin In Bottom Of Feet. Could This Be Something Else?

I went to the hospital yesterday because I ve noticed i had to bumps on my penis. The doctor told me she think it s genital herpes. I just now noticed the bottom of my feet is peeling. Is it possible that it can be something else besides genital herpes? It doesn t burn or itch.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Genital herpes is one of the more common reasons for genital rash. The other potential causes are: (1) allergic rash- if there is any allergy to soaps/creams/detergents
(2)fungal rash-

both of these would normally be associated with itching in most persons.

A blood test can determine if you have genital herpes, you can ask your doctor about the possibility of having this done.

The rash on your feet is not likely related.

I hope this helps
