Developed Cramping In Stomach, Unpleasant Smelling, Bloated Feeling. Reason?

i am a reasonably healthy feamale 48 years old. Over the last month have developed cramping in my stomache and very unpleasant smelling wind and an uncomfortable bloated feeling in my stomache, after a course of anti biotics I started a course of inner health plus to booste my imune system.I have never had this problem before.I am also experencing a mild reflux . Could the inner health plus be contributing to this problem?

Inner Health Plus should not cause such symptoms. It should rather improve your condition.
Your symptoms can be caused by chronic bacterial infection or partial bowels obstruction.
Every antibiotic affect intestine bacteria. This bacteria protect us from bad bacteria and are extremely important for proper intestines function. If you take an antibiotic, this good bacteria are killed what allows bad bacteria to grow. This bad bacteria produce many toxins which can cause all mentioned by you symptoms.
Partial bowels obstruction can be caused by inflammatory bowels disease or colon cancer. I have mentioned it as you are close to the age of 50. Over this age, the risk of colon cancer rises. That is why such symptoms should not be ignored.

I suggest you to visit your doctor, have stool tests, stool culture tests and colonoscopy done. Consider Rifaximine treatment in case of an infection.
