Developed Red Spots On The Base Of Penis, It Is Spreading. What Can This Be?

hi , since being with my girlfriend on sunday I have noticed that on the flap at the base of my penis I have developed red angry spots . These are forming scabs but they are not healing properly and the infection is spreading from one side to the other at the base. I normally shave in this area and my girlfriend has told me today that she is ok with no side effects ..What can this be?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection, either bacterial or fungal.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Keep local part well shaved, clean, dry and airy.
