Diagnosed With PCOS. Severe Constipation After The Ovacare Has Been Given. What Is The Reason For Such Acute Constipation?
Hi, I hv been diagnosed as PCOS and taking medications include Follic Acis since a year... Now have consulted gyno who had given me Ovacare last month. Since then I hv been facing problem of constipation. However yesterday was worst out of that when not abled to pass stool,,, very worried and finally anima helped out at nearest hospital.. What cud be probable symptom of such acute constipation, Also had 2 boiled at egg day before.... Name- Aradhana, Age 27 yrs

Hi,
You need to get checked for your thyroid levels also as hypothyroidism usually associate with PCOD and presents with constipation. The other cause may be due to dehydration. Have plenty of fluids and fiber diet with regular out door exercise for 30min a day. These will help you. Get back with the report for further discussion.
