Hi

I do not think your condition is related to neomercazole, Thyroid excess can lead to frequent feeling of hunger and thirst.

As your condition get better with the food, it may well be the thyroid excess itself rather than the medications.

Another possibility is acid peptic disease with the symptoms getting worse with the empty stomach when the acid production is more and is not neutralised.

Thanks.
