Diagnosed With Post Concussion Syndrome From Injury During Play. On And Off Nausea. User Of Cocaine. Reason For Nausea?
I was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome in June from a hockey injury in late January 2013. Symptoms in July.and August were gone. When I returned to playing hockey late in sept, I have started getting nausea on occasion but have been unable to figure out the triggers. I am a casual cocaine user and have found that it makes me feel better. I need to know if my nausea is from cocaine use or my head injury? And could nause be simply post nasal drip?
There is a likelihood of post nasal drip causing nausea. If the post nasal drip was following the head injury then further evaluation may be needed to find the cause of post nasal drip and assess the extent of head injury and it recovery.
