Diarrhea Accompanied With Belching, Lack Of Appetite, Foamy Vomiting. What Could Be This?

I have been having random bouts of diarrhea accompanied with belching, lack of appetite, and eventually end up throwing up. After that I typically feel a bit better. Vomit can be a bit "foamy" also. I was taken to ED a few months ago after three days of this and was severely dehydrated. Hydrated me by IV and I was able to leave

Hi, it appears to be due to the food poisoning, caused by some bacteria in the intestines. If it is not cured completely it can cause recurrences.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe injections of amicacin 500 mg for 5 consecutive days, ofloxacin, omeprazole, and domperidone. Thank you.
