Diarrhea, Fever, Red Spotty Rash Around Groin Area, Thighs, Legs, Arms, Back. What Might Be Te Reason?

Hi,

My 18 month old niece has had diarrhea the last 4 days, and she has a red spotty rash around her groin area, thighs, legs, and arms and some on her back but none on her face. She is cranky and has a light fever and cannot keep anything in her stomach (she keeps having water stools). I'm not sure what may be wrong with her.

Hi, Your niece of 18 month old had diarrhea, for the last 4 days, and she has a spotty rash around her groin area, thighs, legs, arms, and on her back, has light fever.
It appears to be viral diarrhea, it is self limiting, in the mean while you should sea that there will be no dehydration.
give her coconut water, and o.r.s. liquids, if become week it is a must to take her to a pediatrician for infusion. Thank you.
