Diarrhea, Loud Gurgling, Normal Appetite. On PMS Week. Cause Of Gurgling?

Hi, Two days ago I got Diarrhea, nothing mayor, going to the bathroom 1 or two times a day. But it has also come with loud gurgling all day long....It sounds as if I need to run to the bathroom but I dont realy. My appetite is normal, I get cold very eaily. I am on my PMS week which usually comes with chills and soft stools, but never this gurgling... what can it be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some gastro-intestinal infection producing loose motions and gurgling sound due to hyper peristalsis.
Take some antispasmodic medicine like Dicyclomine.
Take ofloxaciline, tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
