Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lower Abdominal Pain. What Can Be Done?

HI Doctor, My maid is suffering from diarrhea and vomiting form past 2 days. Day before she vomited sevaral times and passed motion 3-4 times. Yesterday also it was same but not as severe as day before.Today she is better but still have swelling and pain in her lower abdomen . Please suggest any remedial action. Regards Anju

Hi,
It seems that she might be having Gastro-enteritis.
give her antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine as and when required.
Give her ofloxaciline, tinidazole combination tablet.
Giveher light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Give plenty of water and electrolytes.
Ok and take care.
