Did Methadone Cause Death Or The Combination Of Many Health Problems?

my dtr died from medical complications from methadone toxicity 2 yrs ago. it said 1600 ng/ml on autopsy. plus a lot of health problems, she had fibermyalgia, pneumonia, accessory spleen, thyroid problems, hepatic steatosis and some other things, was it the methodone that killed her or the combinations of all of it.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. It is very difficult to tell whether she died of methadone toxicity or a combination of multiple health conditions at this tie. See the fact that she had high levels, it could be a possible cause. Also, with her numerous health problems, she could have died from any one of them and as such we can only make a list of possible causes and not a definite cause of her death.
