Did Consuming Steak Cause Stomach Cramps That Turned Into Diarrhea?

I consumed steak about 48 hours ago and today out of nowhere I suddenly had horrible stomach cramps that turned into diarrhea. While on the toilet I was profusely sweating and thought I was going to pass out (assuming I vageled myself) however now my bowl movements look almost like partially digested meat with mucous? Is this normal and it just needs to run its course out of my body? Thanks. 27 female

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had steak, 2 days back, so it has nothing to do with the present state.
The pain and others may be due to the infection of the bowels, due to food poisoning some where.
Though you are comfortable now, i advise you to consult a physician for complete treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
