Take only boiled milk so that there is less risk of infection.

u can take milk & milk food. u should take liquid & semi-solid diet like dalia , khichdi, rice, curd, any fruits. u should not to take are spice, oily food. if u take regularly u recover from typhoid early as u not take feed or take less feed.
by taking feed u got energy & by this go get early recovery. get well soon.
