Discoloration In Stool Every Day, With Slight Mucus Discharge And Burning Sensation. Cause?

Hi Doc I dont know if I should be concerned or not but it started out a week ago when my poop was like a peanut butter color then a few days later a yellowish green then a light green. Today there was a slight hint of mucus and a little burning sensation just below my diaphragm. I am 41 I don t smoke or drink I must also I tend to purge alot
